A self-taught culinary sage, Chef Eryck has a very distinguished taste in food. He pushes culinary boundaries by studying the links between food and life beyond the obvious nutritional one. He often states “cooking meals is one of the fundamental differences between us and the rest of the animal kingdom.” He has traveled around the world (24 countries so far…) eating from all kinds of restaurants and street food vendors. From Barbados to Brazil, Ghana to Kenya, Belgium to Italy, Chef Eryck’s many influences make all of his dishes an adventure.
